Catering your Meeting, Casual gathering or that special dinner party

So, there are three types of catering. First, there's the type where, say you have a meeting, so you order some food, some drinks, name a time and place and you're done. What your buying in this example is the trust that the food will be correct and provided on time and within the cost constraints of the budget. Although there are other places that provide this service, for this type of catering, I'm your guy. In the second example, you might be hosting a casual function and need more of a dinner spread: something from the South of France, Italy, the Caribean, even Africa. I'm you guy here too(as well as a few other local caterers).

But with the third type of catering need, where you need a 4 Diamond Chef, skilled in French, Italian and New American cuisine, your choices narrow considerably. You need someone to pair fine wines with the meal, someone that has directed servers to present elegance, and style to highlight your desires. Well I'm that guy, and there aren't too many people that can do this for you.
