It's memories for me, from the time I was ten and my Grandmother would make those white sandwich loafs, brushed with butter, and the rolls she made for holiday dinners. That journey has taken me from working in restaurants of all types, to Culinary School, to being chef owner of two restaurants; a Four Diamond French Restaurant, and an Italian Restaurant.
